Standard Membership
$150 per month
For adults and children age 3 and older. One monthly membership includes direct primary care access, with telehealth for Hilo-area residents and home visits by arrangement.
Founding Household Rate
$100 per month per person through July 7, 2027
Available when you join with one or more additional household members. This founding rate is available while Ora Mana is transitioning to full-time direct primary care.
What membership includes

- Appointments within days—not months

- Home visits across Hilo and surrounding communities by arrangement
- Continuity with a physician who knows you
- Practical, evidence-based care
Good to know
- Membership pricing is the same for men, women, and children age 3 and older.
- Labs, imaging, medications, and outside specialist services are not included unless specifically noted.
